I also felt that, given the astronomical cost, a complimentary gesture like a welcome gift should've been standard. just couldn’t give a good review.

Awesome spot, spacious room with a lekker balcony. The restaurant was a jol—some of the best food in the area, and the staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home.
Only downside was no A/C, but honestly wasn’t a biggie.
